Forecast on sales planning and Material requirement planning (MRP) :

Forecasting is the act of analyzing and mining data in order to predict what will happen in the future. Forecasting is typically accomplished using a BI application such as Logi Info. Forecasting can provide essential data to any business, no matter the industry. Material requirements planning (MRP) is a system for calculating the materials and components needed to manufacture a product. It consists of three primary steps: taking inventory of the materials and components on hand, identifying which additional ones are needed and then scheduling their production or purchase.

CPFR  concepts

Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) is an approach which aims to enhance supply chain integration by supporting and assisting joint practices. CPFR seeks cooperative management of inventory through joint visibility and replenishment of products throughout the supply chain.

Process Engineering

Process Engineering is a branch of engineering courses which deals with the design, control, operation and optimization of physical, chemical and biological processes. Process Engineering involves a method and process of obtaining products from raw materials. Through the process engineering, the raw materials are transformed into the usable product forms.
